Description

Casa Azure is a gated complex with 7 villas and 8 row houses with 24 hours security, a common swimming pool and lush landscaping.

The property is located in Calangute/Candolim about a 3-5 mins walk away from the beach. The villa is fully equipped with everything one would expect in a luxury home, including AC's in all the bedrooms as well as the living area, UPS Power Back up, Electric Stove, Microwave, Fridge, TV, Washing Machine and beautiful furniture. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutlery etc. The Villa has 3 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms sharing one bathroom and the other bedroom having an attached bathroom. There is also a third bathroom on the ground floor.

We provide you with unlimited free WIFI on the property. We do not serve breakfast or any other meals although there are tons of eateries and places to party within a 5 minute walk from the property from where food can be ordered. We can arrange for airport transfers if required at an extra charge.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INR.15,000/- WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED IN CASH AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN AND WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOU ON CHECK OUT IF NO DAMAGE IS DONE TO THE UNIT.
