It's a Twin Villa Private Villa Unit with Private Pool.

Each Villa equipped with 4 Bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. One large living room with a common bathroom. It's and ideal holiday home with parking on site. Each villa is spacious enough to host large groups up to 12 Persons.

Bedrooms are spacious and with private sitouts and balcony. Private plunge pool with sun beds and onsite parking for upto 6-7 cars.

Its located on Grand Morod, Saligaon having close viccinity to all major beaches of north Goa. We offer personalised butler service with in room dining and daily housekeeping.

Reviews and feedbacks makes us become better and also it helps us in knowing where we are doing great and in which areas we have room for improvements. I take your whole review as a whole to my chin, And I deeply regret that your stay was not as per your expectations. However for us to be in clear please allow me to make some points; The packaged water bottles which we use only branded one were given to you and that too at the same price as you get at any store ie 20 Rupees for 1 Litre bottle, We don't provide tap or RO water to our guests as it comes with the risk of waterborne disease which do happen when we travel to new places. So as much budget you all keep for your booze and poison please keep for clean drinking water too. Out of 5 bathrooms two of them do come with tubs and rest without, Please find me a property in Goa which has 4 bedrooms and comes with 5 bathrooms !!! Please be reasonable while bashing someone efforts to host you publicly. The housekeeping is done on daily basis and we don't service the villa when its occupied and among your group those 3 girls who has checked in earlier then your rest of the group were all the time in the villa; so my team didn't serviced it on those days. And we don't ask our guest to leave the villa for it to be cleaned; as its against my hosting standards. And it was communicated to your group leader at the checkin time with all our property rules. Kitchen being a home kitchen with a very nominal menu feeds guest of both villa and it was never part of the stay deal; still we have provided you with our juicer and mixer to make your shakes in the living room. Pool is also serviced every day and as Goa has experienced its first monsoon shower during that time the pool lights do attract some insects which was cleaned daily again. And as for the wifi please understand its an unlimited usage plan we have got for you all guests; which was working fine when you checked in and in between it rained heavily so it was down; why would I not get it fixed for you lovely guests; and do it for the next group of guests ? its something beyond my control and I did pushed him to fix it asap; its just a coincidence that it got fixed when you all were checking out; it was never on purpose. All your other points are related to housekeeping only which I've tried answering already. And my team is there to assist you and ensure your comfort they will always smile and greet and would be running to make your request meet. In all this long review I was despratly searching for some words of praises for me & my team; for us to allow your 3 friends a early check in, for my team to assist you with your station transfer, for my team member to go on a bike in heavy rains to get you two self driven cars, for me personally calling owner of LPK to get you all passes for the party and many more which we do for our lovely guests with utmost passion. How do damage deposits work?
