Two rooms in the countryside, with double bedroom, living room with fully equipped kitchen wall, bathroom with shower, air-conditioned environment. The apartment is elegantly furnished, attention to detail and offers a terrace for exclusive use, as well as 2 large terraces discoveries and a covered terrace furnished for unforgettable evenings and where you can admire the unique spectacle of the sunset over the Gulf of Makari. The property has a fully equipped barbecue for free use of guests. The house, nestled in the green of the olive grove that surrounds it, is located in a favorable position, 5 minutes from the town of San Vito Lo Capo and its beautiful beach and 2 minutes from the Santa Margherita Bay and the famous beach cove Bue Marino. A few kilometers away you can visit the Zingaro Reserve, Scopello beach, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, as well as Trapani, Erice, The Island of Mozia and Palermo. It is only 40 km from Trapani and 75 km from Palermo.
