Appartamento mansarda di ampia metratura (110mq circa) con vista panoramica sul golfo dei Poeti, al secondo piano di una casa indipendente con posto auto privato all'interno della proprietà, fuori dalla ZTL, ubicato nel paese di Pugliola, ideale per vacanze e relax in zona tranquilla, ma nel contempo molto comodo per raggiungere Lerici, Tellaro, Portovenere, Sarzana, gli scavi archeologici dell'antica Luni con annessa visita alle cantine del Vermentino DOC dei Colli di Luni, le cave di marmo di Carrara, le 5 Terre con battelli in partenza da Lerici, ed in treno dalla stazione di La Spezia, la vicina Versilia e Toscana. Edicola, bar, alimentari, Ufficio Postale e fermata bus sono a pochi passi dall'appartamento. Verduraio BIO a poche centinaia di metri. I ristoranti a dieci minuti di auto. Nelle vicinanze si possono praticare nuoto , golf, tennis, pesca, trekking , vela e altro. L'appartamento comprende ampio soggiorno con divano letto, camera da letto matrimoniale, corridoio con letto singolo aggiuntivo, cucina attrezzata e dotata di lavastoviglie, bagno con doccia e lavatrice, terrazza con vista panoramica sul Golfo di Lerici, Portovenere, Isole Tino e Palmaria ideale per colazioni e cene e alla quale si accede da ogni stanza. L'alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie con bambini e single.

Della struttura non mi è piaciuta la posizione, nonostante ci sia scritto che disti dal mare 650m in realtà ci siamo trovati costretti a percorrere a piedi una lunga strada di circa 3 km… More

Response from the owner Rispondo alla recensione negativa (unica) dicendo che la distanza dal mare non è 3 Km, non ci sono mille scalini, il sentiero che porta al mare è comunale e viene pulito saltuariamente. Per il ritorno alla casa la salita è estenuante (per chi non vuole camminare). Il centro di Lerici è ZTL ma esiste un parcheggio Venere Azzurra adiacente alla spiaggia. Si può raggiungere la spiaggia anche con bus navetta GRATIS, come spiegato a voce al momento dell'arrivo. Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno a certe persone........
