This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is in a complex with well-kept lawns and communal swimming pools.
Complex facilities include a large swimming pool, gardens and secure entrance gate.
View over to the pool from the living room terrace.
This bright modern 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of a private luxury condominium in Vilamoura. It has great views over the extensive communal gardens, swimming pool area and the sea at a distance. The large lounge/dining area has 2 sofas; one of which converts to a sofa bed, a flat screen TV with IPTV box (international channels), DVD. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people.
The Guest bedroom has twin single beds, built in wardrobes and views out over the pool and gardens.
The resort is totally gated and secure. The lift accesses all floors. Parking is available externally or in the communal underground car park (2 private spaces) but a car is not essential as the apartment is within walking distance of local amenities.
The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and shower-over, double basins and storage units.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted and has a granite work surface. Silver electrical appliances include electric oven, hob with 3 gas rings and 1 electric ring, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, micro wave, kettle and toaster.
The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed, large fitted wardrobes, a safe and views over the pool and garden area.
Hot/cold air conditioning is installed in the bedrooms and living area. Windows are double glazed and have electric shutters. There is also free Wi-Fi. The living area leads out to the large south facing private balcony, which is comfortably furnished with sofas/chairs and has garden, golf and sea views.
The Guest Shower Room features a single basin with storage units and a glass shower cubicle.
Large landscaped gardens with a beautiful salt water swimming pool and also separate children's pool.
