Very modern 1 bedroom 1st Floor Apartment. 15-20 minutes walk to excellent beaches and nightlife of Praia Da Rocha. 5 minutes walk to Hypermarket. In residential area so quiet location, but easy access to everything you need with nearby cafes as well. Parking at front or back of building.

COVID-19 In line with the Government requirements, we will carry out a full antibacterial clean after the main clean following every booking and we will present a certificate to confirm this has been done. Also hand sanitiser will be there in the kitchen and bathroom. Your health and safety is important, so you can have a relaxing stay.

Air conditioned with remote control. Full length balcony with table & chairs (4). Fully fitted with kitchen and equipment ideal for self catering. Good size bathroom with bath/shower.Entry phone and secure access only to residents. Hot water, electric and cleaning included. Bed linen and towels provided which are changed depending on the length of your stay, but usually on Day 4. Hairdryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Coffee Maker, Free Wi-Fi Hotspot, LED TV with USB port and a Safe.

Ideal for single person, couple with or without 2 small children. Please check if you are unsure about your requirements.

Safety equipment installed as required for the issue of the Portuguese Alojamento Local rental licence which I have obtained. This is a legal requirement of any rental property in Portugal.

There is a meet and greet by the local property management company. This will follow safe distance guidelines.

Getting around

Taxi's are fairly cheap and cost Euro 5 back from Praia Da Rocha Taxi's to Alvor about 8-9 Euro's While a car is recommended as there's lot to see and do, you could use an airport transfer and quite happily walk to Praia Da Rocha, take the bus or get local taxis Faro airport takes about 50 minutes via the A22 motorway

Before your travel we will provide you with a Arrival Pack which will contain directions, latest information and a copy of the Welcome Letter. There is now a safe distance meet and greet by the local property management company. They will meet you at the property and take you inside and show you around the apartment We will provide you with their contact details so that you can be sure that someone will meet you with the keys on your arrival. It's important if travelling via Faro, to contact them as soon you are ready to leave the airport or if travelling by car, please give them 1 hours notice. On arrival you will also have a Welcome letter with useful and important information to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay

“spectacular apartment”

We really enjoyed spending the holidays in this apartment. The sympathy of Mr. Peter, who always helped us before and after our stay. It will be an apartment to repeat when we return to Portimao.

Apartment is in quiet area , very close to big markets ( Lidl , continente ) it is as close to the Praia da Rocha beach (we did prefered Praia do Vau which isnt as busy) as well to old town in Portima… More
