Description
Le Mas de Belle Combe is large private property situated in the beautiful hilltop village of Gordes. The house offers magnificent views of the Luberon Valley. The 2500m2 garden contains an olive grove and stunning rose flowerbeds, alongside cypresses and oak trees which provide plenty of shaded areas in which to relax. There is a 13x6m heated pool with safety cover, and a pool house with BBQ, dining table and shower / toilet facilities.
The property is comprised of the main house and adjoining gite complex and at full occupancy it can accommodate 20-24 guests. It is therefore the ideal location for guests who want privacy and independence within a larger group. The layout lends itself perfectly to shared poolside barbecues and celebratory dinner parties in the large communal dining room so it is popular for family get togethers, special birthdays, retirement parties or wedding celebrations. We are able to offer fully catered events if booked in advance.
The centre of Gordes village is a 7-10 minute walk from Le Mas de Belle Combe and here you can enjoy a range of restaurants, cafes, shops and the fabulous Tuesday morning street market. The famous 16th century Renaissance Chateau de Gordes sits perched on the top of the hill. Gordes has served as the setting for numerous films.
