Villa K is a modern tropical villa set just back from the pristine beach at Torok Aik Belik in south Lombok. The villa is perfect for a family holiday or a gathering of friends. We offer a fully staffed villa, with an ocean view and beautiful sunsets. We are situated on a strip of picture perfect coastline in South Lombok, near the rural villages of Torok and Serangan, surrounded by rice paddy fields and coconut groves. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then Villa K is the place for you.

A car is recommended and we can arrange one with a driver during your stay, for up to 8 hours per day. We can also arrange scooter hire for you (around $10 per day) if you would like to explore the beautiful coastline and rural villages for yourself.

Our villa manager will be on site to welcome you to the property and look after everything during your stay. The villa manager or one of the villa team will also stay overnight in the staff room, in addition to our onsite security team.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mike (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
