This delightful first floor boathouse is in the village of South Walsham in East Anglia and can sleep two in one bedroom. Cygnus Boathouse is a unique property situated in South Walsham in Norfolk and benefits from its close proximity to the South Walsham Broads. The South Walsham Broads are ideal for fishing, walking or just somewhere to admire the views. The boat house sleeps two in an open plan living area with sofa bed. The living area pairs with the kitchen, with the shower, basin and toilet towards the back of the property. Outside there is a private balcony furnished with two chairs and table. There is offroad parking for two cars available. Cygnus Boathouse is in the perfect location for those wishing to venture out walking or visiting the fine sandy beaches.

“If you want to use the garden, go somewhere else, this place is flooded every day.”

I wanted a week's peaceful fishing from the pretty looking garden. It was flooded the whole week and unusable most of the time. This must have been known about and I should have been warned!
