With over 250 years "Casa San Pancho" is located only 3 blocks away from the main square.

Ideal for relaxing in their cozy rooms or chatting with family and friends in their common areas after a day of walking through cobbled streets of this city.

On the rooftop, there is a spectacular terrace, ideal to enjoy the sunsets of San Miguel de Allende, # ElCorazónDeMéxico.

- Master Bedroom; 1 king size bed, 1 single bed, master bedroom, chimney.

- Bedroom 1; 1 king size bed.

- Bedroom 2; 1 queen size bed and 1 double bed on a sleeping loft.

- Jack and Jill Full Bathroom, shared by Bedroom 1 and 2.

- Half bath in the hallway.

- TV Room (Smart TV with internet access to watch Netflix and regular cable).

Guests have access to everything in the house except a small storage room where we keep the cleaning supplies.

Casa San Pancho includes:

- Cleaning service 6 days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

- American Coffee, bread, fruit and cereal.

- Telephone.

- Wireless Internet.

We support the “San Miguel Green Initiative” to conserve the use of precious water and energy resources in our high-desert landscape. Fresh bed linens are provided. If you stay more than 7 days linen will be chanced once a week, and towels will be changed twice a week.

Guests are requested to turn off all non-essential lights when in the house, and also when leaving the house.

For babies, we have a travel cot, a tub, bottle sterilizer and many other things parents may need (just send us a message after you book to hold it for you).

In San Miguel de Allende it is customary to give a gratuity of 5% of the total cost of lodging to the cleaning staff. As you do in restaurants, the rate is adjusted according to the service you receive.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If your arrival is after this time, we can arrange with someone to meet you, we only ask to give this person a tip of MX $ 100 (hundred pesos per hour).

Check-out is at 11.00 a.m.

If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to

- 30% of your rate on extensions until 3:00 p.m.

- 60% of your rate on extensions until 6:00 p.m.

- 100% of your rate on extensions after 6:00 p.m.

Getting around

WALKING You will be walking a lot, we recommend that you bring shoes with ankle support. Some streets are flat cobble stones, but many are round cobble stones and it is easy to twist an ankle. PARKING If you are driving, the house does NOT have private parking. The majority of the guests look for a spot to park in the street for free. If you prefer to leave your car in a Public Parking Lot, or you can't find any because it is a busy day, the nearest one is in Nuñez, 2 blocks away (They charge $240 pesos for 24 hours, please keep in mind that the price may vary). CABS AND UBER Some places like "Fabrica la Aurora" or "El Charco del Ingenio" are not at walking distance, taxis and Uber service are available at reasonable prices.
