Description

Our place is special, especially for those who love nature. Explaining this place from its location, it is nestled in the middle of rice paddy fields, surrounding by jungles and valleys, mountains at the distance. It is a really relaxing and convenient place to be. On the clear day, you can really see the mountains at the distance, vast and lush green paddy fields, a small stream flowing just nearby the villa. What a view to enjoy! This villa is mostly designed with open concept, half open dining and living area with the wide view of the rice field, jungles and valleys, bedrooms with huge window overlooking the view as well. In addition, we have the staff and the house manager who are keeping the villa well managed and clean, also making the in house guests feel comfortable and safe during their stay. We have seven bedrooms, with total occupancy up to 18 people maximum using the extra beds and extra mattresses.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
