Domaine Airborne is a remarkable thematic overnight accommodation in the middle of an area where Invasion history is written. In and around this beautiful 17th century farm you will return back in time.
Personal attention, comfort, style and relaxation are the ingredients for an experience with a historic character. You will taste history into the footsteps from the paratroopers which were around the farm in 1944.
Domaine Airborne in Angoville-au-Plaine is an ideal base to discover nature in a sporty setting. Central placed and easy to reach after a day full of discoveries you wil return to an oasis of rest. For a convenient stay we offer the opportunity to take a seat and use our diner-together and share your adventures of the day with us. For all those adventures we offer all kind of arrangements with or without a historic touch.
In the heart of the operation area of the 101st Airborne Division Domaine Airborne will be the start for trips to Brecourt Manor, Bl00dy Gulch, Utah Beach and many more historic locations in the neighborhood. The famous Medic Post at the church of Angoville-au-Plaine and the former Command Post of Colonel Sink are just around the corner. And how about Dead Man’s Corner, a fantastic experience just a little walk around the corner! Carentan, Sainte-Mère-Église or Sainte Marie du Mont, you will find all of this at a very short distance.
