“Very bad attitude by the cottage cleaner”

Response from the manager Thank you for your comments. I am very sorry to hear the news of your beloved dog, we send our condolences to your family at this difficult time. I am sorry to hear that you were disturbed by these issues, had we been made aware of them during your stay, we would have looked to rectify these for you. We spoke to the cleaner regarding the message that you received and she was very apologetic if her message had been interpreted as rude and that she was just inquiring if you had seen the properties hangers, and was very grateful that you had left the property in a very clean condition upon departure. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us, thank you. Kind Regards, Customer Relations
