Aux portes d'Yvetot, dans une maison de Maître du XIXe Siècle, dans un ancien corps de ferme, Axelle vous accueille dans une charmante chambre de style rétro.
Au RDC, avec une entrée indépendante, cette chambre est cosy.
L'accès au jardin est libre. La propriété est fermée. Le parking proche de la chambre.
La chambre avec sa salle de bain et son wc privatifs sont restaurés à neuf. Sa superficie est de 25m².
La literie est neuve (Matelas ferme à mémoire de formes) et 2 fauteuils confortables vous attendent pour un moment de détente.
Avec un supplément et sur réservation nous vous proposons un Petit Dej ainsi qu'un panier repas.
Cette chambre est parfaite pour les couples, les voyageurs solos ou les professionnels en déplacement.
L'accès à notre piscine chauffée (fin avril-fin sept) est possible. Cependant, la plage autour restera inachevée cette année.

Présentation du quartier :
Restaurée en moins de 3 ans et soucieux de préserver l'environnement, nous avons mis un point d'honneur à rendre notre maison la plus étanche possible. Nous y avons combiné un Puits Canadien, une vmc double flux ainsi que 130m² de panneaux photovoltaïques. Sur 1ha d'espaces verts en cours de plantation, vous aurez le loisir de pouvoir vous détendre.
Restaurants, cinémas, piscine, bowling, équitation sont à moins de 10 mn en voiture.
Autres remarques :
Les petits plus pour une famille.
*Pour un bébé (- de 3 ans) lit parapluie + baignoire + linge de toilette
*Pour 2-3 enfants possibilité de planter votre tente (type igloo) dans le jardin.
