This exceptional cottage is set next to the owners' Grade II, beautifully-restored Mill House dating from 1750's in a riverside location on the outskirts of the village of Wortwell, near Harleston in Norfolk and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.This exceptional cottage is set next to the owners' Grade II, beautifully-restored Mill House dating from 1750's in a riverside location on the outskirts of the village of Wortwell, near Harleston in Norfolk and can sleep four people in one king-size double and one twin rooms both with en-suites. There is also an additional family shower room. The rest of this cottage contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. A snug area with bunk beds and a TV. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for three cars and a private decked area with hot tub and shared use of the owners' gardens. Granary Mill Cottage is in a wonderful area with walks, cycling and the river on the doorstep and will suit families or couples looking to explore this wonderful area of Norfolk.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Netflix, DVD, iPod dock, Xbox, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars.Fully enclosed garden. Private decked area with furniture and BBQ. Indian sandstone patio area with seating. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub/restaurant 7 mins walk. Note: The property has unfenced water surrounding it, children must be supervised at all times. Note: There are two steps from the living area to the two main bedrooms and bunk bedroom and one step down to the kitchen, so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is a curtain separating the bunk bed room from the kitchen, there is no door. Note: The king-size double and twin bedrooms are accessed via the bunk room. Note: The property is accessed along an unmade track of approximately 0.25 miles. Note: BBQ not to be used after dark due to safety reasons. Note: Fishing hire is not available at this property however, guests are welcome to bring their own equipment at their if they have the appropriate licenses. Note: Max 6 guests. Note: canoe and kayak hire is now available on request from the owner - https://www.*********************/. Note: The property, although secluded is not enclosed. Note: Some areas of the river bank are untouched to accommodate the stunning wildlife surrounding the property.
