Prédio com 2 elevadores e galeria de lojas, apartamento nascente no 3º andar (301) e situado à beira mar, de FRENTE PARA O MAR e para as famosas piscinas naturais de Pajuçara, medindo 90m², completamente mobiliado, Wifi, SmarTV 32 LED na sala, 1 vaga privativa no subsolo, 2 quartos e 2 banheiros, cozinha completa, área de serviço e varanda com vista para o mar. Acomoda confortavelmente 5 pessoas em camas.
Internet de fibra ótica ilimitada, de cortesia.
Garagem privativa no subsolo com acesso por controle remoto, gratuita para hóspedes.
Os elevadores não descem até o subsolo e, caso opte por estacionar na garagem do subsolo, o acesso ao térreo se dará por um andar de escadas.
Portaria 24 horas.
Sistema de câmeras nas áreas comuns.
Não há telas/grades de proteção nas janelas.
Disponibilizamos roupas de cama, mesa e banho (mas as reposições são cobradas e dependem da disponibilidade).

Apartamento amplo, confortável e bastante ventilado, frente-mar de Pajuçara, às margens da praia e do calçadão, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos e bares/restaurantes da orla, passeios e feiras de artesanato, farmácias e supermercados.
A configuração dos quartos é assim:
1º quartro com vista total para o mar, 01 cama box de casal, ar-condicionado e cortinas black-out.
2º quarto com vista vista lateral para o mar, 03 camas de solteiro, ar-condicionado e cortinas black-out.
Os hóspedes poderão ter acesso a quaisquer áreas úteis do condomínio.
Pelo corredor de lojas no térreo, os hóspedes conseguirão acesso aos cinemas e ao supermercado atrás do prédio (bompreço).
Situado na Avenida principal da orla de Pajuçara, quase na divisa entre os bairros de Pajuçara e Ponta Verde, bairros extremamente tranquilos, seguros e cobiçados pelo turismo nacional/internacional.
Praias perfeitas em termos de balneabilidade, acessibilidade, temperatura e com estrutura de tudo que é necessário para o seu lazer.
Roupas de cama, mesa e banho são fornecidos, mas não a limpeza e nem a reposição; terceirizamos, conforme anunciado, pessoas de nossa confiança que prestam quaisquer serviços domésticos com preços e especialidades a combinar.

El edificio muy bien ubicado frente al mar .cerca de varios comercios restoranes se puede tomar un micro e ir a shopping.seguro de noche, ti tiene sus ferias para comprar
