Description
Charmant appartement refait à neuf, composé de 3 chambres, classé deux étoiles par l'office du tourisme de Cassis.
Il est très lumineux, avec vue mer, centre de Cassis, Cap Canaille.
L'appartement est entièrement équipé: climatisation dans la pièce principale: salon et cuisine, chauffage dans chaque chambre, balcon plein sud, douche à l'italienne, four, lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro onde, Nespresso, table induction, frigo congélateur 420l, et tout le nécessaire de cuisine.
Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées.
Situé à 5 minutes à pied du port de Cassis.
Parking privé dans la résidence pour un véhicule, si deux vehicules il faut essayer de trouver une place , parc arboré.
Les draps et une grande serviette sont fournis.
Merci de m'informer avec votre demande de réservation, ou demande d'informations, de la composition des personnes pour la location ( adultes, enfants, bébés, liens de famille, âges, groupes d'amis etc, et de qu'elle région ou ville venez vous), en tant que hôte je me dois de connaître un minimum les personnes qui désirent réserver.
Le jour de votre arrivée, pour respecter la loi française, une pièce d'identité pourra vous être demandée.
Vous aurez aussi à payer le jour de votre arrivée , la taxe de séjour, qui sera reversée à la ville de Cassis: 1, 15 euros par adulte et par nuitée.
Le logement
C'est un appartement entièrement rénové , tout le mobilier est neuf, se situant dans une copropriété, au premier étage d'un immeuble de trois étages, sans ascenseur.
Un parking aisé pour se garer, avec fermeture par barrière, et un parc arboré très agréable, avec des bancs.
C'est un T4, trois chambres, un WC séparé, SDB avec douche à l'italienne , cuisine américaine ouverte sur le séjour, un balcon plein sud, vue mer et équipé d'un store ,d'une table et quatre chaises pour profiter de la vue .
Appartement très lumineux, avec une baie vitrée coté cuisine, et une autre coté balcon.
Appartement décoré avec soin, et comprenant:
- cuisine moderne avec lave linge, lave vaisselle, four, table induction trois feux, micro ondes, cafetière nexpresso, hotte aspirante, grille pain, bouilloire, grand frigo congélateur 420 l, tous les plats et verres au nombre de douze, les casseroles nécessaires, et une table avec des bancs de bar pour 6 personnes.
- un salon avec un canapé d'angle, climatisation, un écran tv de 120cm, avec Freebox révolution, 275 chaines incluses, canal panorama, et internet illimitée, donnant sur le balcon avec vue sur mer et Cassis.
- la première chambre avec deux lits simples 90 x 200, vue mer
- les deux autres chambres avec des lits de 160 x200, deux placards, une vue mer, l'autre coté nord.
Le logement est a moins de 10 mn à pieds du port de Cassis et de la plage, et avec tous les accès pour visiter les calanques, ou sortir de Cassis en voiture par la nationale ou autoroute. Idéalement situé aussi, tout près du grand supermarché de Cassis, où vous pourrez aller faire vos courses à pied. Appartement idéal pour visiter Cassis et sa région en famille. Local pour ranger vélos ou poussettes. Appartement classé deux étoiles par l'office du tourisme de Cassis.
Il n'est pas permis de fumer à l'intérieur , accepte sur le balcon.
