This delightful lodge is located at the top of the garden, under the beautiful trees and overlooking the meadows providing guests with a tranquil setting. The open space floor plan is decorated with a combination of sophisticated soft shades of grey, paired together with homely furniture to create a modern open plan, with a cozy dining and lounging area. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom with shower, comfortable king size bed, 1 single bed and a sofa bed that sleeps 2. A beautiful garden with seating area to unwind in and watch the beautiful views and romantic sunset. An outdoor seating area where you can relax and have your breakfast or dine al fresco under the moonlight. A barbecue is also provided. Coffee, tea, milk, eggs, jam, etc are provided for breakfast. Private and comfortable with your own entrance. Bedding and amenities are provided. For animal lovers, there is a beautiful confined park to walk and play with your pets just 5-minute walk. There is also access to Wi-fi, Fire TV, I phone speakers. Free off road parking is available. Additional pet fee £20

There are several stairs to climb. But worth it.

If you want to go to the town center and Brighton Seafront. Bus 5B is available every 10 - 15 minutes You can visit places like Devils Dyke or Seven Sisters by bus or by car. The Brighton Marina has a cinema, dining places, casino. British Airways i-360. Visit the lanes with its beautiful antiques, retro shops, and lovely jewelry shops

You can Message me and advise me of your approximate time of arrival. Side gate entrance to the front of the property has a key lock code which will give you access to the beautiful garden. Your lodge is located at the end of the garden, providing you with utmost privacy and beautiful views, your own private garden area where you can relax. Keys will be at the door or if you need additional keys. They will be located in the key safe near the door entrance. We will message you all the key codes before your due date of arrival.

“Lovely pride weekend”

We had lovely stay at Shedcation , The cottage was really clean and Anna was very helpful. Shedcation is located very close to bus stop that runs every 15minutes that we used during our stay . We loved our time at Shedcation and are planning on returning next year pride weekend .
