Sweet energy surrounds the home with birds chirping songs of delight.
In the heart of Palermo Hollywood, you will be amongst the action day and night in one of the trendiest areas of Buenos Aires. Very fashionable and trendy, this area is famous for their designer boutiques, fabulous restaurants, lounges and rooftop al fresco terraces for cocktails/ dinner. Many interesting and colorful nightlife choices are abundant in PH as well as cafes, concerts, bars and many restaurants of different cuisines and fares all within walking distance.
Character abounds in this gorgeous house of over 3,800 SF, including 3,000 SF (300 m2) of living space and the remaining 800 SF of wonderful private terraces, including a small private terrace off the master bedroom, perfect for sunning yourself when you first rise. Original features abound from the enormous 18 foot doors, to the hand painted antique leaded glass partitions and exposed brickwork and ironmongery.
The property comprises 4 full size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, large dining area with lounge area, custom lounge sectionals with PROJECTOR TV, Sound System, DVD/CD/VCR, etc, substantial work area, private master bedroom terrace, entrance waiting area, formal LR, Family/ movie Projector room and large upstairs sitting room. Amenities include use of cell phone, wireless broadband internet, Cable, DVD, Hi-Fi system, all utilities including A/C. A driver can be arranged for airport pick up and drop off to make your arrival comfortable.
The 4 bedrooms (all spacious and large) consist of 3 bedrooms, all have queen sized beds with one bedroom equipped with a single (and pull to trundle). CF is furnished with substantial antiques and art throughout. The master bedroom on the top level with Juliet Balconies and has a special office area with view out terrace connected to the master. The master is complete with stunning custom iron doors framed in hand picked reclaimed wood as frames, with iron hearts and beautiful outdoor terrace view with plenty of sunlight. For sleeping comfort, the master has blackout drapes.
The property sleeps 7 comfortably and is large enough to afford individual privacy when there is a need, however there are several lovely indoor and outdoor areas for gathering and entertaining.
CF has proven to be popular among our guests as we often get repeat business and 'word of mouth' referrals. Gorgeous private outdoor living terrace makes this a unique property to enjoy the summer sun. A hand crafted dining table from local timber complete with 8 French Gothic Antique Chairs and 2 Head English Arm Chairs, seating comfortably for 10 people.
