TWO Private self contained villa's on the one property, with beautiful tropical landscaped gardens & pool. Located in the heart of Kuta. Walk to beach, shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

The main house (VB1) is a 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa with full kitchen and lounge room. Recently renovated, it can comfortably sleep 4 people with room for 1 or 2 more. Ideal for a family

The 2nd (VB2) is a new, spacious self contained luxury villa with mini kitchen, open air bathroom and veranda. Sleeps 2+

Located in the heart of Kuta, Villa Batoer is one of the few private self-contained villas available for holiday rental. The villa, set on a level 535 sq m block, is the perfect starting point to discover the beautiful bays, beaches, spectacular sights, sounds and smells of the rapidly growing south Lombok region.

Batoer in the local SASAK language means ‘friend’ and we want you to “come as a guest and leave as a friend”.

The main villa is built in a simple traditional style, using a lot of natural materials combined with modern furnishing. This creates a cozy atmosphere to let you feel at home. Villa Batoer contains a large air conditioned Master bedroom with King Size bed, mosquito net, teak dresser and a safe for passports and valuables. With the private on-suite bathroom featuring pebble flooring, stone basin and a deep luxurious bath. The 2nd bedroom contains two large comfortable single beds a funky dresser and is also fan cooled and air conditioned. The 2nd common bathroom also has a featuring pebble flooring, stone basin, and large rain head shower.

The fully equipped open kitchen with funky high bar stools is where you can mix up your own cocktails. It has a stove, fresh drinking water dispenser and fridge freezer so you can keep the beer cold or make your own breakfast or snacks.

The living room has a massive bamboo lounge, ceiling and pedestal fan, air-conditioning, free high speed WIFI and a new Bluetooth Sound System. It open’s via double sliding doors onto the full length terrace and private pool.

Immerse yourself in the surrounding plush garden’s complete with mango, lime, papaya and frangipani trees. Swing on the hammock nestled between two palms, relax in the fan cooled gazebo (Baruga) or poolside sun beds... Hot... then cool off in the 4x 5M pool with child safe shallow zone.

The MAIN HOUSE villa is the perfect place for small families or a group up to 4 to 6 riends. Two more people can be accommodated, if prepared to use the large bamboo lounge as a bed. Linen is of a high quality and daily housekeeping service is included in the price, so no need to do anything but smile and RELAX.

The new 2nd Villa is a very spacious 8m x 6m seperate self contained modern dwelling. It features an outdoor open bathroom, large queen size bed and mini kitchen with fridge and water dispenser. With beautiful tiling, new furniture and relaxing veranda, it is the premier suite at Villa Batoer.

WHAT TO DO: Exit the security gate, private entry (complete with under cover bike parking and surfboard storage racks) and in 50M you are in the HEART of Kuta’s restaurants, bars and specialty shops. Grab a healthy breakfast and fresh ground coffee at ‘Milk Espresso’ on your way out for a surf. In the evening stroll down the road a hundred meters and meet with new friends for dinner at places like El Bazar, Nuggets Corner, KRNK, Sushi K or Bucu. Every night there is a ‘DJ, band or party’ somewhere different for those who like to celebrate loud and large.

The Kuta beachfront is undergoing a major upgrade for the Mandilika resort development, and only a 5-10 min stroll away. Clear waters, clean white sand, a new board walk, water sports like SUP and kite boarding, boat and fishing hire are all there. Go to Lombok Barrel Surf Shop and Sports Bar to arrange SURF LESSONS, or chill with a cold beer and local music.

Day tripping: We can arrange motorbike hire so you can explore the dozens of bays and beaches to the east and west. With good sealed roads, little traffic (except for the occasional ‘cow jam’) lie Mawun, Air Guling, Selong Belanak, Mawi to the west and Seger, Tanjung Aan, Gerupuk and Ekas to the east. Plus, many secret places in between and further afield if you care to look.

WHERE: Lombok is just 50KM from Bali and a $40 (approx.) 30 min flight. Kuta Lombok – also known as the Mandelika region lies in the south-central part of Lombok. A 20min drive from Lombok International Airport (LOP) or 1.5 hours from the sea port of Lembar, where you can catch a ferry to / from Padangbai Bali. The resort areas of GiIi Trawangan and Sengigi are around 2 hours drive. Discounts may apply for stays longer than 7 nights and 14 nights.j

The Villa Manageress- Lala - is an exceptional host, she will ensure all your needs are attended too.So if you need say fruit or eggs for breakfast or have a special occasion such as a birthday to be catered for, tours to cultural places, snorkeling, surf lesson car or scooter hire...just ask. The villa includes DAILY housekeeping service. Salman will come around 9-10am to wash dishes, make beds and sweep up etc.
