Stunning apartment with historic background. Located in commercial area with several supermarkets and shops. Very close to bus stop and train station (Genova Sampierdarena) . Adjacent to the airport, the port, ferry terminal, Fiumara shopping center , beaches and the center of town. Three beautiful private terraces to relax after sightseeing. No private parking but parking facilities around the area.

Getting around

Local trains Will take You to the beautiful sandy beaches of the West Coast in only 20 min.....Arenzano, Cogoleto, Spotorno..... The Old Harbour is 10 min away by bus. Ferries leave daily to Portofino , San Fruttuoso, Camogli and Le Cinque Terre. Also Whale Watching trips. The Acquarium is in the Old Harbour. A fantastic attraction. The Old Town, worth At least a day sightseeing, is 15 min away by bus

Response from the owner Cara Francesca la casa ha cinque stanze e voi ne avete affittate 3. Questo e' chiaro a chiunque. In casa c'era un fotografo rumeno molto discreto e altri due signori. Le stanze si liberano normalmente alle 10 al massimo alle 12. Vi ho contattati come faccio sempre per sapere l'ora del vostro arrivo. Vi consiglio in futuro di affittare case tutte per voi, se e' questo quello che desiderate.

Response from the owner Per la ragazza una barzelletta...per me un'incubo. L'annuncio parla chiaramente di "Red Maraja Room" ovvero STANZA e nel profilo indico un totale di 4 stanze nella casa. La ragazza pretendeva di avere tutta la casa ( 240 m2) per lei e i suoi amici e quando le ho fatto notare che l'annuncio parlava di stanza mi ha detto che non sapeva, non si ricordava , non aveva letto. All'atto della richiesta , date le mie perplessita', mi aveva assicurato che erano ragazzi tranquilli e venivano a Genova per visitare l'Acquario. Solo per questo ho accettato e li ho informati che, essendo un condominio, non ci potevano essere schiamazzi dopo le 22 e prima delle 10 di mattina. I miei vicini sono molto sensibili ai rumori molesti. Nella chat vedete tutto lo scambio tra me e la ragazza in cui peraltro la informo che io vivo nella casa. Nonostante le parole della ragazza, lei ed i suoi amici sono entrati gia gridando nel palazzo poi hanno invaso la casa con borse frigo, scatole per le cibarie e una cassa in legno contenente alcolici e super-alcolici. Gli ho ribadito che avevano affittato delle stanze e che avevano l'uso cucina e sala ma non l'utilizzo esclusivo e che soprattutto non dovevano fare rumori molesti dopo le 22 e prima delle 10 di mattino. Era chiaro a quel punto che l'unico scopo dei ragazzi era quello di fare baldoria pesante in casa ma speravo ancora che si contenessero . Alle 19 quando sono uscita di casa erano intenti a scaldare viveri, bere, fumare e cantare a squarciagola sul terrazzo. Poiche pioveva, entrando, lasciavano noncuranti pantano in tutta la casa. Alle 2 del mattino, al mio rientro, erano ancora intenti a bere, fumare, cantare e parlare a voce molto alta sul terrazzo, la cucina e la sala erano in condizioni pietose. Senza averne l'autorizzazione avevano azionato la lavapiatti , senza detersivo e ,peggio di tutto, senza aprire l'acqua. Quando l'ho fatto notare alla ragazzina mi ha risposto che "ERANO STATI I MASCHI". Per fortuna alle 3 del mattino , forse un po' a disagio per la mia presenza, si sono ritirati a dormire. Mi hanno detto che volevano dormire fino alle 16 del pomeriggio ma , data la sporcizia che c'era in casa, ho risposto che aspettavo una famiglia francese in primo pomeriggio e che gli avrei lasciato fare il check out alle 12 in modo da avere un po' di tempo per pulire. Al mattino mi sono messa a pulire verso le 10, levando incrostazioni di pasta dai fornelli e dai muri della cucina, togliendo pezzi di pane e dolci schiacciati per terra, lavando i pavimenti e ripulendo la sala in attesa che i fanciulli si svegliassero dalle fatiche notturne. A mezzogiorno, appena finito di pulire la cucina, la ragazza si affaccia e esordisce che loro, non sapendo cosa fare , vogliono mangiare in casa e che io intanto avrei potuto pulire le stanze. Al mio rifiuto la ragazza mi ha riso sulla faccia con arroganza e mi ha detto che "NON POTEVO BUTTARLI FUORI PERCHE ERA TUTTO CHIUSO" . Fortunatamente dopo un po' e su suggerimento degli amici maschi, meno maleducati, hanno raccolto tutta la loro roba e sono andati via. La ragazza, che e' estremamente maleducata, ha scritto la recensione per ripicca semplicemente perche' non e' riuscita ad avere la meglio. Io sono molto disponibile con tutti i miei ospiti , ho ottime recensioni ma non posso accettare il vandalismo. Sconsiglio a chiunque di ospitare Francesca Giorgi ed i suoi amici perche maleducati, arroganti , sporchi , disordinati e assolutamente non-curanti della proprieta' altrui ed in cattiva fede. Vengono per bere, fumare e fare baccano . Suggerisco di bandirli dal sito per evitare che altri abbiano questi problemi
