A magnificent, modern villa offering high quality accommodation for up to 8 guests. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning, heated private pool and fabulous views towards Montfort chateau.

This spacious home offers extremely high quality accommodation for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Dordogne. With its 4 bedrooms, open plan living room, luxury bathrooms and fantastic outside space with private heated pool, and terraces overlooking the local chateau it is ideal for two families or a group of friends.

**Please note that during high season the changeover day is a Friday**

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

The solid wooden front door opens onto a spacious entrance hall with plenty of cupboard space.

To the left is the spacious and light living area, comprising:

* A fully fitted, ultra modern kitchen, centrally situated with a breakfast bar; integral stainless steel fridge, freezer and wine chiller; oven; microwave; electric hob; dishwasher; toaster; coffee machine; kettle.

* a fabulous lounge with two corner sofas; flat screen TV; coffee table; lamps and french doors opening onto the garden , terrace and pool areas.

* a formal dining area with table and chairs seating 8

To the right of the entrance hall is the master suite offering:

* a king size bed (180cm wide); built in dressing area; french doors opening directly onto the garden and terrace; bedside tables and lamps; TV and DVD.

* this bedroom benefits from a wonderful en suite bathroom, with central bath, separate shower, his and hers basins, WC.

* A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer

* A separate toilet completes the ground floor.

From the entrance hall, a wooden staircase leads to the first floor:

* a double bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm wide) with bedside tables and lamps; armchair; and plenty of wardrobe space.

* this bedroom also benefits from an en suite shower room, with shower, vanity unit and WC

* a third double bedroom with large double bed; bedside tables and lamps; and storage space.

* a fourth and final bedroom offering two single beds; bedside tables lamps and again plenty of wardrobe space.

* These last two bedrooms share a family bathroom, with bath, washbasin and toilet.

Internet access on WiFi throughout the house.

All rooms are air conditioned for your comfort.
