“A weekend with our mum”

Cottage was clean, tidy , well equipped and spacious. Great location- easy access to Aldeburgh and Snape. My mum loved it! At 95 it becomes increasingly challenging to find something suitable.

I am sorry to hear you experienced so many concerns, however delighted to hear you found us at Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages efficient in dealing with your issues. We have taken your concerns seriously and all are being addressed or were dealt with at the time of your stay. The damp around the window frame was due to missing tiles and this is being repaired by our maintenance team. We are sorry about the boiler issues and lack of hot water towards the end of your stay. I believe we offered you alternative accommodation in order for you to have access to shower facilities. The outside table has now been replaced prior to the next arrivals. Our housekeepers do check the properties and I am sorry things were not satisfactory for you. We certainly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as we take pride in providing quality accommodation to our guests to ensure they have an enjoyable stay. Lovely to hear you will return despite these issues, we look forward to you return visit, please do not hesitate to contact us at Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages Kind regards Kim
