North-east facing waterfront Coomera Waters Paradise is located in a prestigious street of Coomera Waters, an elite resort on the Coomera River with immaculate streetscapes and beautiful open natural spaces with more than 20 km of walking trails, parkland and restaurants, shopping centre and marina.
Sleeping up to 15 people(extra fee will be charged over 12 persons excluding infants), this holiday home will have you feeling like you really are in paradise. All indoor and outdoor spaces have been specifically designed with the discerning holiday maker in mind, where space, comfort and indulgence are the leading design features of this very special holiday home.

Also enjoy a cold beverage on the spacious pontoon whilst fishing or catching mud crabs(Fishing rods, tackles and crab pots provided). Sometimes you can even see the wild dolphins visiting from the main Coomera river. Have bridge-free access to the ocean or walk to marina and take a ferry to beautiful restaurants in Sanctuary Cove.

The upstairs master bedroom not only has a small balcony that opens up to the beautiful waterfront vista but a second very own private large balcony with uninterrupted 270 degree water views. The perfect retreat from the everyday world, this room is sumptuously appointed with an ensuite and spa, walk through wardrobe, a King sized bed and a DVD player TV.
Downstairs bedroom has its own ensuite, while the others share the bathroom upstairs. All these bathrooms have the shower and the bathtub.
One bedroom provides Wii and TV with a huge selection of games available for enjoyment.
