At the heart of the regional park of the Perche, this old white stone house was completely restored and furnished for your comfort and well-being (lime plaster, ecological insulation, underfloor heating / low temperature refreshing, organic electricity ...) . Covering an area of 100 m², this house of character on 2 levels sleeps up to 8 people, ideal for holidays with family and friends. The terrace has a garden sheltered by an umbrella, to enjoy the sun in peace. Inside, you'll enjoy all comfort of the house: Ground floor: large kitchen, beautiful living room for sharing meals, living room with sofa, TV, DVD player, master suite with bedroom, private bathroom and outdoor access live, with a large double bed (separable), sink, walk-in shower and toilet and finally 1 second bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The ground floor is accessible to people with disabilities. FLOOR: 1 bedroom with a double bed (separable), 1 dormitory room with two bunk beds and two bunk beds, 1 mezzanine lounge with TV, DVD player and sofa, 1 WC. The whole floor (except WC) is oak flooring range. All the beds are separable 2 people in 2 beds 1 people OUTSIDE: You can enjoy the peace and serenity of the surroundings in about 1000 m with trees and flowers. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture sheltered by an umbrella to enjoy the sun in peace during your barbecue. You can also park in a private parking space. Nearby activities (less than 15 min): hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, golf, miniature golf, swimming, bowling, leisure center with swimming, paddle boating, ...
