Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free private parking is available with valet service. The apartment is privately owned by an expat living in Cape Town and residents enjoy the benefits of being part of the TAJ Hotel with access to all the facilities of this exclusive five star hotel, including a cigar lounge, private library, spa center, indoor pool and top restaurants (with room service).

There is a sitting area, a dining area, a study and a kitchen as well as a private bathroom with bathrobes, slippers and free toiletries. Two flat-screen TVs with satellite channels are available.
