Recently Purchased Holiday / Rental Home, current fixtures and furnishings are quite retro but everything is in good working order! The property will be undergoing renovations soon, get now for a great price. Great family holiday home / location over looking Botany Bay Beach, 30 steps To have your toes in the sand... Pub / Restaurant within 5 minutes walk, Golf course around the corner, Captain Digby Pub 10 minute walk (great for kids with indoor play area for rainy days), Lovely walks along clifftop to either Margate or Broadstairs town centers. Good location for Folk Week!!
This property has 3 stories: Ground Floor has an enclosed courtyard with outdoor table, chairs, and umbrella. There is an eat in kitchen with table/6 chairs. Kitchen has everything you need: plates, cutlery, cups, pans, utensils... a bathroom with shower stall. 1st floor is the lounge with seating for 10 people, TV, and bay window overlooking the sea. Bedroom with queen bed. 2nd floor has one bedroom with Queen bed and another large bedroom that has two single beds and separate bathroom (retro pink) with bathtub with great views over Botany Bay. “Beach weekend with friends and family”
The location of this place is unreal. Right on the beach. The views were spectacular which meant even in bad weather we could have enjoyed the sea. Luckily the weather was fantastic so we spent all day at the beach. It was great to be able to return to the house easily for supplies or even just to use the bathroom! The kids were in their element with toys for them at the house and a garden at the front to play in. It was simply idillic. When this place gets refurbed it will be spectacular, and probably way out of our price range! In the meantime it’s comfortable and functional and couldn’t be better placed. We would love to come back, it was such a treat. Oh and Alex and his family were brilliant from start to finish, super quick responses and went out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks so much!

“Great Getaway Treasure”
Great house, right on top of beach. Warm & cosy & allows pets. Wonderful views from sitting room window. Even better; there is a pub /hotel just a few mins walk away, so no cooking for a few days & chance to relax & enjoy a few drinks, without having to think about taxi home! Communication between myself & owner was good, answering our questions quickly. Look forward to staying there again but for a bit longer this time.

“Great spacious place, perfect location”
Just spent a fabulous few days at this great holiday house - location brilliant, right by the beach and easy walk to pub. Perfect for 2 families, very child friendly. Owners incredibly helpful. Described as shabby chic but think this adds to the character and has everything you could possibly need. Loads of games / toys for kids. Highly recommended!
