Description

House with 4 bedrooms, 2.1 bathrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located on calle Alonso el Sábio, just 10 minutes' walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 8 guests. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties (see booking conditions).

The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. White marble flooring contrasts with antiques, marble columns, aqua-green walls and colored timber. Each of the three floors is painted in tones of blue, orange and yellow.

On the ground floor, the patio of the house is set up with a large dining table for 8. Beyond is the modern kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances for cooking and washing. Oven, dishwasher and washing machine included. There is also a kitchen island unit with bar stools. The patio features a fountain and a quaint sitting area with a piano. The living room is on the second floor; with a sofa, two armchairs, a bench and TV.

4 bedrooms: BR1 double bed (150x200cm); BR2 twin beds (0,90x200cm); BR3 twin beds (0,90x190cm); BR4 double bed (135x190cm).

2 bathrooms + 1 toilet: There are 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub and other with a shower) and 1 toilet.

Private Terrace (facing south): The terrace has 2 adjacent spaces equipped with outdoor furniture, including: a large dining table, canopy and lounge sofas - making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal.

Each room has air-conditioning with cooling and heating. Free WIFI internet access available.
