Description

Ideally located in Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of Sint Maarten. You are close to local shops, water activities and nightlife. The residence is located on the best part of the beach: no rocks in the sea and the widest sanded part. The sea view is breathtaking. You can use sun umbrellas and deck chairs of the building for free. The basement provides direct access to the beach.

You have a parking space too.

The apartment was redone in August 2017 and has been fully renovated in 2018 after hurricane Irma. Although the accommodation is quiet, all the windows are soundproofed. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets at the windows. bedrooms and the living room have AC.

The apartment is fully equipped.

Oven, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, Oled TV (almost 400 HD multi-language movies), wifi, AC.

How do damage deposits work?

If Layazou (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
