Description

Welcome to Paradise Found! Our home is located inside the gated beachfront community, Palmetto Bay, located on the north shore, in the center of the island. We have 2300 sq. f.t of interior living, plus the deck and pool areas to lounge. Our master bedroom is on the main floor, with a tempur-pedic king size bed, love seat, flat screen tv (dvd player and movies), and a gorgeous bathroom boasting a double head walk in shower, double vanities, and private toilet room. The French doors open up to the pool area and you are surrounded by a lush green canopy and tropical flowers.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, double oven, microwave, and refrigerator with ice and filtered water through the door, and it's completely stocked! There is plenty of seating and room with the open floorplan, which spills right into the family room. The sectional sofa is brand new seating six, and we have a 42" flat screen tv, cable television, and movies galore! The laundry room is also downstairs, as well as a full bathroom.

Upstairs has two oversized rooms, both with king size beds, that share a very large jack and jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a tv, dvd player, and movies.

The home sits on about an acre, and it's difficult to see any neighboring homes....however, the beach is just a two min walk right down the driveway. We have one of the largest private salt water pools on the island, with a diving board, lounging, and a covered pergola to also dine and lounge under. Our community also has a quaint beachfront restaurant and bar, community pool, and long expansive white sand beach. We are an eco friendly beach community, and no dredging has been done to our waters. This means, we do have turtle grass in our waters, but we have the dock that the children jump off and play with, the floating dock, and you can rent kayaks and paddleboard to head out to the reef to go snorkeling or exploring.

We are a very family friendly, safe community. We do not get the cruise ship passengers, so you'll never have to fight for your space. The kids can run around and climb trees, swim, catch lizards and fireflies, and play. We do recommend renting a car for at least some of the time, and we can help you do so. If you'd rather not rent, we can hire you a driver.

Paradise Found is 4600 sq ft duplex, and the other side is also available for rent as well! If you have more than 6 in your party, the other side of the home is mirror image, and sleeps another 8 guests. This is the best home for extended families to enjoy while vacationing together (shared, but separate spaces)!
