House inserted in small farm, with social area and private area. Equipped with a kitchen where you can dine, an ample lounge where you will find a pleasant seating area with TV and Internet, in harmony with the surrounding area. Surrounded by numerous vegetation, namely a vineyard, geographically well located for the production of excellent green wines (Vinho Verde is unique in the world). Unobstructed views of the Sierra de Monte-muro. Great location for those who want to visit the famous footbridge of Rio Paiva, for bikes and pedestrians. Ideal for urban families who can have contact with nature and bathe in the clear waters of the Paiva River. Bring your children and allow them the contact with nature that surrounds the Rio Paiva. There is also a huge threshing floor where you can enjoy al fresco dining.

How do damage deposits work?
