This seaview 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need for your holidays! The balcony has a private jacuzzi and panoramic views over Patong bay. The Baycliff Residence is a luxury Condo amid beautiful nature. Standing prominently on the lush mountains, the condo reveals the deep blue sea view of the bay and romantic mountainous scenery. A short ride to Patong's main strips, malls and restaurants yet in a quiet location.

The apartment has been fully renovated during November 2019 to make it modern, fresh and bright.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with 4 pillows, duvet, and mattress soft topper. A 43’’ Smart TV has a fast Wi Fi connection to watch your favorite shows!

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, a large closet and a dressing table.

The second bedroom has a large closet, a king-size bed with 4 pillows, duvet and mattress softcover, this bedroom also has a large Smart TV as well. Next to this bedroom, there is a large bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower.

The living room has a brand new designer sofa with stools and a 55’’ Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, pots, cutlery and dishware, glasses, a large fridge and a modern dining table with chairs.

The gem of this apartment is the stunning bay view from the patio jacuzzi! Enjoy the best sunsets or go down to the large rooftop swimming pool. The pool is shared and can be accessed with a key card provided. There are stairs to access it.

Patong beach, Bangla road are just a 5-minute drive! We recommend renting a car or scooters to easily explore the neighborhood and Patong area.

Electric usage 50 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. We require advance payment for electric usage (in case of excess) of 100 baht per day. Deposit will be refunded on check out when settling the electric bill. Please turn off ACs and all lights when you leave.

Cleaning service during your stay is not included, charged 1200 baht if required. It includes the change of bed linen and towels. Book your cleaning 48hrs in advance by contacting us.

Late check in is available on request free of charge.
