We are located in the small village of Eperrais, 6km from Belleme, and we propose a country cottage of 100 m2, the Curlew, in the same property with 3 beds. But a sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 more people. On the ground floor lounge / dining room, fitted kitchen, pantry and toilet. First floor landing room, bathroom and separate toilet room. Private terrace with garden furniture and 2 sun relax, facing south. Calm assured in a nature preserve. unfenced pond closed to toddlers. Tourist tax to be collected and returned to the Perche Hills Community: 0.50 cts per night and person
