This cottage is located in the village of Fritton, near Great Yarmouth, and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.40 Fairway Lakes Village is a delightful cottage situated in the village of Fritton in Norfolk. Hosting three bedrooms; a master bedroom with en-suite, a double, and a twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a utility, games room and an open plan sitting, kitchen and dining area. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden and decked area with hot tub, sauna and furniture. Resting in a pleasant location and close to scenic attractions, 40 Fairway Lakes Village is a heart warming retreat in a lovely part of England.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden and decked area with hot tub, sauna and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles.
