Mazotos Holiday Villa Iris is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with private pool located on a tranquil location of Mazotos coastline just a few steps from the beach offering beautiful sea views of Mazotos Bay.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining area decorated with modern furniture, comfortable sofa, large flat-screen TV, dining table for 8 persons and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet.
The large glass doors open wide to join the inside with outside pool patio and garden offering beautiful sea views from both from the inside as well as from the outside pool area which is equipped with modern rattan furniture, sunbeds, parasol and BBQ.
The upper floor features three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom with an ensuite shower and the second bedroom both offer large double beds as well as amazing sea views while the fourth bedroom offers two single beds.
Villa Iris is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers private high speed internet and satellite TV.
Mazotos Holiday Villa Iris is located in a tranquil area just 100m from Mazotos Beach. The villa is conveniently situated in an area which has easy proximity to major towns. Larnaca Airport is about 20 minutes drive and Limassol about 35 minutes. Along the coast there are various beaches that you can explore, Kite Surfers Beach is about 5.5km away, Secret Paradise and Aldiana Beach Hotel are bout 4km. Further west, about 15min drive is Zygi Marina and fishing harbor with beautiful restaurants and pubs. The centre of Mazotos Village with numerous traditional taverns, cafes and mini markets is about 2km inland.
Mazotos is very popular with triathlon as well as mountain bike athletes from all over the world that come for their winter training in the area. The Kite Surfers Beach is favourite hotspot with a very welcoming bar while Mackenzie Beach offers an excellent windsurfing school with the latest equipment and world class trainers. For scuba divers, there are various ship wrecks to explore the most famous of which is Zinovia.
Chirokitia Stone Age Settlement dating back more than 5000 years and Amathounta are must see archeological sites. For the younger guests, the nearby Camel Park and Donkey Farm are definitely worth a visit.
Villa iris offers the best of both worlds as it can offer tranquillity and a quiet beach less than a minute's walk away while at the same time it can be a hub to explore the south coast of the island with numerous places of interest all within a short drive away from the villa.
Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro250 over and above the total booking amount.
This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
