Deze luxe recent gerenoveerde villa ligt in pays du Fayence aan de Côte d'Azur nabij de mondaine badplaatsen Cannes, Nice en St. Tropez. De villa ligt in het mooie Esterelgebergte met het Lac de Saint-Cassien en talrijke wijnhuizen (Côte de Provence) en op een boogscheut van de Gorge du Verdon of Grasse. In de buurt zijn er verschillende moutainbikeparcours, wandelroutes, mogelijkheden tot wandelingen te paard en op 10 km van de villa ligt de exclusieve 18holes golf Terre Blanche. Genoeg te doen in de omgeving dus! Wist je trouwens dat dit de regio met de meeste uren zon van gans Frankrijk is?
De gerenoveerde villa beschikt over 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers met haardroger, een heel ruime woonruimte en luxe keuken met marmeren werkblad, heteluchtoven, steamer, bordenwarmer, inductiekookplaten, koffiemachine, heel ruime koelkast en ruime aparte diepvries. Overal is er overvloedig kast- en bergruimte en de slaapkamers beschikken over luiken om voldoende duisternis bij het slapen te verzekeren. Er is ook overal airco (koud en warm) aanwezig.
Buiten is er een ruim terras met gas barbecue, verwarmd zwembad, petanqueveld, ping pong tafel en olijfbomen waarbij de tuin uitloopt in oneindig bos. 2,5 ha is eigen bos behorend tot de villa. Het zwembad is met zoutelectrolyse behandeling wat beter is voor de huid dan chloor. Het zwembad wordt verwarmd vanaf begin april tot half november.
Alles is ruim voorzien voor 10 personen. Er is wifi en TV aanwezig en ruim voldoende parkeerruimte bij de villa. De villa ligt in een heel rustige buurt met zicht op de beboste vallei.

This renovated villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 nice bathrooms with hairdryer, a very spacious living room and a luxury kitchen with marble worktop, hot air oven, steamer, plate heater, induction cooker, coffee machine, very large fridge and spacious separate freezer. The bedrooms have spacious closets and shutters to ensure adequate darkness when sleeping. The villa has reversible air conditioning.
Outside we have a spacious terrace with barbecue, heated swimming pool and olive trees where the garden ends in infinite forest. 2.5 ha is own forest belonging to the villa. The swimming pool is with salt electrolysis treatment which is better for the skin than chlorine. The pool is heated as from April till mid November.
Everything is spacious for 10 people. There is wifi and television available and plenty of parking space at the villa. The villa is in a very quiet area with views of the wooded valley.

La villa rénovée dispose de 4 chambres, 3 salles de bains avec sèche-cheveux, un salon très spacieux et une cuisine de luxe avec comptoir en marbre, four à air chaud, vapeur, chauffe-plats, cuisinière à induction, cafetière, un réfrigérateur très spacieux et un grand congélateur séparé. Tous les chambres ont des grands placards intégrés et des volets pour assurer une obscurité adéquate lors du sommeil. Il y a aussi la climatisation réversible partout.
A l'extérieur, il y a une terrasse spacieuse avec barbecue attenant (en cheminée), piscine chauffée, jeu de boules et oliviers où le jardin se termine dans une forêt infinie. 2,5 ha est forêt propre appartenant à la villa. La piscine est chauffée a partir d'Avril jusque Novembre.
Tout est spacieux pour 10 personnes. Il y a du wifi et télévision disponible et suffisamment d'espace de stationnement dans la villa. La villa se trouve dans un quartier très calme avec une très belle vue dégagée sur l'Estérel.

“heerlijk vakantiehuis in de heuvels van de cote d’Azur”
