Description
Tasteful and comfortably furnished villa of 200 m2 with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms suitable for a wonderful holiday in Sainte Maxime with up to 10 people. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom, are on the first floor. On the mezzanine there are yoga mats, a cycling machine and a flatscreen tv with fitness videos. The villa is 700 meters from the golf clubhouse, and you can use the communal tennis court. In the garden, beautifully lit in the evening, there is a terraced area of 200 m2 and you can enjoy the 9 x 4.5 meter swimming pool, play basketball or table tennis, and have a delicious barbecue. This is also an ideal villa for non golfers, the famous La Nartelle sandy beach is only 3 km away and the center of Sainte Maxime is at about the same distance.
