We have a 3 very spacious and comfortable units attached to our house where you can relax after a full day of sight-seeing or activities.

Unit 1: Bachelor unit

- Fully equipped flat that can sleep 4 people

- Queen size bed in bedroom area separated from 2 single beds with a double cupboard

- fully equipped kitchen area – 3 plate-stove with oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer

- Cutlery and crockery for 4 people

- living area has table with 4 chairs as well as single beds as seating

- Bathroom has shower, toilet and basin (no bath)

- Towels and linen is provided

- Cleaning service once a week

- Outdoor braai facility available

- Flat screen TV with satellite television available

-Wi-fi available

- Secure parking in front of flat

- CCV cameras recording outside at parking area

- This unit has an interlinking door to unit 2 and can be rented together with unit 2.

Unit 2 :1 Bedroomed unit

- Fully equipped flat that can sleep 5 people (6th if willing to share 3/4 bed)

- Queen size bed and single bed in bedroom and a single and an 3/4 bed in living area

- Bathroom en-suite: shower, toilet, basin (no bath)

- Kitchen equipped with 5 plate gas-stove (no oven) , microwave oven, Fridge/freezer

- Cutlery and crockery for 6 people

- Living area has coach as well as a table with 4 chairs and the beds as seating

- Towels and linen is provided

- Cleaning service once a week

- Outdoor braai facility available

- Flat screen TV with satellite television available

- Parking is secure behind fence in front of flat

- This unit can be connected with both unit 1 and unit 3 with a interlocking door, so can be rented together with any of the other two for more sleeping comfort.

Our house is very centrally located but you do not feel as if you are in a busy city. We have a beautiful open area in front of the house and big trees in our yard which add to the feeling of relaxation. A Spar, Tops (wine shop), Pizza shop and Fish shop is walking distance over the open area, so no need to cook extensively but the flats have everything you need to cater for yourself, we even have a small BBQ outside for you! It’s not a new house but it has everything you will need and is neat. The bedroom is a good size and living space is comfortable. The flats are attached to the house but your privacy will be respected and you can be assured that we will try to make your stay as enjoyable as we can. The house is secured with a fence all around it and we have cameras outside. Parking is also secure.

Albertus and Desire Loedolff is the owners of this house. Albertus is a qualified Tour Guide. This means that we love people and would like to help you have a memorable stay at our house. With prior arrangement Albertus will be able to pick you up at the airport (or where you come from) and take you on tours. Tours of the Winelands(Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington, Franschoek), Cape town (The V&A Waterfront, The Castle, the Mountain, Hout Bay and and...)or whale watching Hermanus and surrounding areas can be booked. We are passionate about the Western Cape and both have a wide knowledge of the area and what there is to do and experience.
