Bougainvillea Studio Apartment is located on the main West End Road (opposite the Rock House hotel) and is a 10-15mins walk to the famous Ricks Cafe.
The area is popular for snorkeling and scuba diving with the ocean just across the street ,a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are all within walking distance .
The property is set in an acre of lush tropical garden consisting of a variety of fruit / vegetable trees and flowers .
Bougainvillea is a private fully secure ground floor studio apartment ,
comprising a modern spacious bathroom with hot shower and a kitchen with fridge and stove .

“Nice little place away from the crowd but just minutes away from the beach and shopping.”

I love the fact that we were allowed to have our privacy. Both caters were very helpful and supportive . The owner is very easy to communicate to. Love the area. Very private. Thanks guys.

“Deceiving, terrible..........................”
All the pictures on your web-site were extremely deceiving. The place was a terrible experience. I left after 3 days. There was NO HOT WATER, sometimes no water at all, there was mold in the shower… More

Response from the owner Absolute horrible guest and a liar as well There's no hot water as it was advertised as such ( if you cannot read it's not my problem ) He dogs barking are the neighbours dogs , one day it was the neighbours goats are too loud , on another day why the roosters crooning in the morning , this is Jamaica and it's what people keep to live . Note : I have neither goats , dogs or chickens . Everything and anything was at fault always moaning a miserable grumpy individual who thinks he can treat us here as some third class people . We have no complaints from anyone else and to say the pictures are deceiving is a blatant lie . We will be reporting this blatant despicable lie , the water going off is not my problem : it's the Jamaica water commission who sometimes turn off water to repair a pipe . I would advise any other hotel/guesthouse to avoid this guest like a plague . Sorry to say a real unpleasant guest who thinks he's better than us . Who always moaned and lied upon lie . We are full occupancy at the moment with all guests living the place and the settings . Regards Sajee ( manager )

“Sajid’s place”
Saiid is a great host! The apartment was a jewel...airy, spacious, and close to the beach. Sami’s was kind enough to share the fresh fruits that grow on the property
