COTTAGE SMERALDA by KlabHouse is located in the complex of little villas located in Punta Sardegna 1 km from the white sandy beaches of Porto Rafael.
Equipped with a large private terrace with wonderful views of the Maddalena, private Jacuzzi, air conditioning, WIFI internet, BBQ and covered parking, the cottage is the ideal destination for those who want a holiday between nature and relaxation in the beautiful setting of Punta Sardegna.
• The cottage of 70 square meters can host 5 guests and is composed of:
• Living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV
• 1 Master bedroom and private bathroom with shower
• 1 room in Mezzanine with king bed and single bed and private bathroom
• 1 Bathroom with shower
• Veranda with dining table and beautiful views
• Terrace with deckchairs and BBQ

The cottage is located 1 km from Porto Rafael with its shops and restaurants, 3 km from Palau and 40 km from Olbia Airport.
