Villa Sultan Kalkan is brand new luxury villa in Kalkan town centre. Villa is located in Kalkan centre just 5 minutes walking distance to sea, beaches, restaurants and shops. I can say one of the best lovely villa in kalkan town centre with seaview and private pool.
Villa has been built very modern and luxury inside and outside. Villa outside space is fabulous. There are large pool with stunning views overlooking Kalkan sea and plenty of space around it relaxing on the sun-loungers provided.
Villa Sultan Kalkan has fabolous sea views so you will spend fantastic time while you are staying in the villa.

* The amazing kitchen is situated off the lounge area and its large and well equipped. Set to do side of the lounge is a raised dining area with a large square table and comfortable dining chairs (Seats 6). Kitchen is modern and good design.
* There are dining area with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pans and glasses etc. Its fully fitted kitchen.

* It has a high quality marble floor throughout is the spacious, light and airy lounge with comfortable luxury sofas and armchairs seating 6. There is a Flat screen TV with satellite TV available and DVD player as well. The lounge designed for your comfortable and relaxing.
* The utulity room has a washing machine, iron & ironing board is accessed via the kitchen. There is a downstairs cloakroom on this floor as well.
