La Maison Haute: 3 bedrooms all en-suite, a very large kitchen/dining room, spacious living room with a fireplace and 2 furnished outside terraces to relax and admire the breath-taking views.

La Maison Basse (next door) and independent: 3 bedrooms all en-suite, a kitchen with dining table and an outside terrace overlooking the pool.

Mas de Sinety also next door and independent: 4 bedrooms all en-suite, a living room, large dining room, kitchen and an outside terrace with great views.

2 further bedrooms are in the spa house both with en-suite bathroom.

Maison Haute: Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Oven, washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Maison Basse: Kitchen with dining table opening onto furnished outside terrace. Oven, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Le Mas de Sinety: Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen: 2 range cookers, 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. Dining room with seating for 24 people.

Pool heated from 15 May - 15 October. Heating included in price. Pool heating available outside these dates at extra cost. Sun loungers.

CHANGEOVER DAY

Saturday (4/5/24-28/9/24). Outside these dates non-Saturday arrivals/departures may be considered.

INCLUDED IN THE RENT

Bed linen and towels (including pool towels).

Water and electricity (including heating).

6 hours of cleaning per property and per week.
