VILLA BELVEDERE is a detached three floors villa of 250 square meters completely refurbished with pool, private garden, WIFI and a breathtaking views on Portofino Gulf.
It's located in the wonderful hill overlooking the Tigullio Gulf just 3 km from the sea and the center of Santa Margherita and 6 km from Portofino.
Furnished with taste and elegance, it has 6 double / twin bedrooms with sea view, a large living room opening into a panoramic terrace with table for outdoor dining
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with olive trees , private pool with teak beds, umbrellas and a gorgeous gazebo with table and Stone BBQ , and Private Parking for 4 cars
Outside the villa is the bus stop that takes you to the famous beaches of the bay in 7 minutes.
