Description

A well-established detached villa, which feels like a home-away-from-home, it sits within compact gardens in a quiet cul-de-sac, so you can snooze in the sunshine with hardly any disturbance.

Its typically Portuguese design is complemented by the traditional interior, graced by regal, heavy wood furnishings, dressers and fittings together with prettily tiled walls in the comfortable sitting and dining areas. Tiled floors feature in every room, and the bedrooms, one of which is downstairs, are air-conditioned for added comfort. The same tone is maintained in the farmhouse style kitchen, which is superbly equipped and has doors leading to the paved terrace running around the house. Another set of doors from the sitting room link to the garden, which houses the very small pool area to the rear, bordered by the terrace, neat lawns and low hedgerows. When you want to cater for yourself, there is a barbecue and compact covered terrace, which provides the perfect shady spot to enjoy your culinary efforts.

A good quality, peaceful and convenient base just a short drive from the amenities of Vilamoura and sandy Falesia beach.

“Very nice villa”

We stayed here over the Easter holidays of 2023. We where a family of 6 with two children aged 9 & 7. The villa was very nice it's in a very quiet area aprt from work been carried out on a nearby villa but that didn't spoil our holiday. The kitchen was big with everything you need to cook a meal if you didn't want to go out. The bedrooms were nice some of our party found the beds too hard myself I didn't mind them the only issue I had with them is there was no choice of an extra blacket if you need it & the pillows were a bit too soft other than that I did sleep well The pool area is nice it is very cold but we used it with no issues even my kids loved it its not that small like it says in the advert. There was only 5 sunbeds available even though we had six people but it wasn't a problem for us as not everyone used them at the same time. It's about a 25 minutes walk to the fabulous Marina with all the restaurants & shops. All in all we had a fantastic holiday & wouldn't hesitate in booking this villa again in the future

Very nice clean house with comfortable beds. Easy distance from the Marina where there are ample eating places. Owner and management company were very much on hand if you have any queries.
