This cottage is located in the village of Allendale near Hexham and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.The Dale Townhouse is a charming cottage located in the village of Allendale in Northumberland. Hosting three double bedrooms, a shower room, a walk-in shower room, and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find an open plan kitchen/diner with woodburner and a sitting room with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking and a garden with a patio and furniture. Situated in a charming location with plenty to explore nearby, The Dale Townhouse is a memorable retreat in a delightful part of England. Note: 2 well behaved dogs allowed.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburners. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available on request. Off road parking. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Please note: bookings must all fall within a Saturday to Saturday. Note: Check-in is 4pm
Region: Northumberland is a heady combination of fishing villages, market towns, sandy beaches, magnificent castles and historic Hadrians Wall, tied together by beautiful countryside and abundant wildlife.
Town: Allendale is ideally placed for accessing Carlisle to the west, Hexham to the east or the Roman Wall just to the north. There are lots of walks and unspoilt villages in the area, which makes a great location for exploring the surrounding countryside or travelling further north to the glorious Heritage Coastline. Home to the New Year tradition of Tar Bar'ls - well worth seeing, as well as the Allen Valleys Folk Festival.
