Jimmy Smith’s Dairy is our luxury accommodation retreat in Port Elliot, on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula. We renovated a decaying colonial dairy into a stylish, modern, open-plan living space with airy bedrooms, custom made furniture and original stonework features, plus a kitchen maintaining the original colour scheme.

Jimmy Smith’s Dairy is architecturally designed for ultimate comfort and carefully curated so couples or small groups can truly unwind.

For the King bedroom rate ($290/night) you will book the King Bedroom and master ensuite bathroom. You have full access to the property apart from the second Queen bedroom and bathroom. You will never share Jimmy Smith's Dairy property with another booking, however, the King Bedroom rate is for a maximum of 2 guests in one bedroom.

*There are 2 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 guests. For three or four guests staying, or if you wish to book both bedrooms, you will need to book the entire property with King and Queen bedrooms and two bathrooms included.

This rate is $490/night.

At this rate, you will book the King Bedroom. It is not possible to choose the Queen bedroom when booking for one bedroom. The Queen bedroom and bathroom will be inaccessible.

Getting around

By car is the best way to access the area. Once here you can hire bikes and get between Victor Harbor and Middleton - even Goolwa - by bike if you wish.

Interaction with guest

We live on the opposite end of the property and are available for any questions guests have. We will welcome you when you arrive and can offer tips for things to do in the region. We are proud of the Fleurieu and trust you will love your stay!
