Fully equipped and renovated front line, corner apartment with beautiful views of the Mar Menor and La Manga strip. Fresh and spacious 90 m with 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces. Community swimming pool (adults/kids). Free WIFI. 1st floor with lift. Located in the by far the best apartment complex in Playa Honda - Verdemar 2.

The master bedroom is very big and located in a corner of the building with fantastic and unobstructed views across the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds and a covered balcony. The apartment has 2 balconies – one looks across the marine promenade and is only 20 meters away from the beach, from where you can enjoy magical views, sunrises and sunsets; the other one is attached to the second bedroom and is a covered space.

Open the apartment windows and the air will flow through the whole house, what a pleasure it is to enjoy the soft marine breeze. The swimming pool, which faces the sea and also has a kids area, is located just below the kitchen window. The parking space can be accessed from the building by using the elevator and is located just outside the elevator, thus making it very easy to take your luggage or shopping up to the apartment. Your stay will be a true pleasure in this comfortable and beautiful apartment, which is fully equipped with solid good quality furniture; 2 flat screen TVs; chaise lounge sofá that opens into a bed, if needed; dishwasher; washing machine; comfy beds with new and hard mattresses that are designed for your beauty sleep and with good quality bed linen; American style kitchen that is equipped with a complete set of crockery, cutlery and utensils, dishwasher and also many other accesories, including a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and other amenities such as a varieties of teas and coffee. Well ventilated toilet, bath tub, shower screen, good wáter pressure, bidet, towels, hair dryers, other amenities… The building premises are very beautiful and tranquil and has an exclusive and enclosed área with swimming pool, relaxation spaces with benched and hammocks as well as garden áreas. It’s the perfect place for holidays, whether for family fun or a romantic escape – everything has been prepared for your quality comfort and enjoyment.

Playa Honda is well located, just before La Manga and Cabo de Palos, next to Los Belones, La Manga Club and the spectacular natural Calblanque beach. It has a supermarket and a selection of bars and restaurants. Malvasia restaurant is a "must visit" and its signature appetizer of deliciously prepared artichokes is highly recommended too, apart from its fine wines and high quality gastronomy. It is close to a bus route. The beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor have warm, shallow waters, ideal for families and all kinds of water sports.

Buses: There is a bus stop next to the church in Playa Honda. Line 20 goes to Cartagena. Bicycles: The best way to enjoy this area. Bicycles can be dropped and picked up from your doorstep, which is a very comfortable arrangement. Please do not hesitate to ask me for information. Car hire: La Manga Rent a Car Taxi - Radio Taxi La Manga Airport / train / bus station runs - economic rates - ask me!
