Description
This charming single-storey villa, with pretty plants and climbers at its quaint front entrance, has a bright friendly atmosphere and sea views to die for!
The entrance hall has a guest bathroom on the left and then to the right is the bright, compact kitchen with its pristine white units and pretty hand-painted tiles.
The attractive lounge has comfortable L-shaped seating, a traditional style semi-circular fireplace and has delightful finishing touches and there is a flat screen TV. The dining area has a circular dining table with seating for four.
The built-in BBQ and preparation area is just outside the living area and has stylish patio armchairs with chunky cushions where you can relax and take in the wonderful sea views in comfort and style.
Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, which can be changed to single bed on prior request, and both bedrooms open onto the patio by the pool. The main bathroom, located beside the bedrooms, has a bath with shower, bidet and toilet.
Inside the gates there is ample private parking in the paved area in front of the villa which is surrounded by fragrant shrubs and plants. At the side of the house a pathway with a gate leads to the pool area at the rear. From the large sun-drenched patio and pool area attractive steps lead down to a grassy area bordered by mature shrubs and even a lemon tree!
This is a fantastic smaller villa on a huge well-tended private plot with lots of space to spread out and enjoy getting away from it all.
The villa is a true gem and is a wonderful place for a family holiday, or for a couple wanting a really special, private retreat in the sun!
