Lovely apartment , set in a quiet area of Chalandri one of the most popular suburbs for shopping, dining and night life..
The apartment consists of a big spacious living room with a large sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, oven and hob, big refrigerator and micro,
The apartment has 2 bedrooms . The master bedroom is with twin beds hotelier style which can be made as a super king double bed.
The second bedroom has a single bed.
There is one more room with a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed which can be used either as a sitting/ play room or as a third bedroom for up to three persons.
The apartment has one full bathroom with shower and one WC. There is also a washing machine , airconditioning and central heating.
The apartment is on the first floor , no elevator but only a few stairs from the street level. There is no private parking area , but you can easily find free parking on your doorstep.
The bus station to the center of Athens is within a 5 min walking,. The stunning Galden Hall shopping center is within a10 min walking.
Next by you can find a bakery, a gasoline station , a pharmacy and 3 lovely parks where children can play or cycling.
A small super market and a restaurant is a few meters away.
Chalandri is one of the Northern suburbs of Athens and is a very popular neighborhood for shopping , dining and night life .In a short 15 min walking from the apartment you can find a wide market which combines a great variety of shops mostly nestled within crossing pedestrian streets. attracts foreigns and locals not only to find the most expensive brands but also affordable ,quality goods, including clothes, accessories, shoes etc.
An open market with fresh products from all over Greece is within a 5 min walking every Tuesday.
The Olympic Stadium for sports lovers is within 30 min walking .
The airport of Athens (Eleftherios Venizelos) is about 20- 25 min driving.
Ygeia, Iasso and Iatriko kentro private hospitals are within walking distance .
Overall the location of this apartment is ideal for anyone who wants to explore Athens and the surroundings of Attica for business or pleasure.
As for the nightlife. spots famous for their cocktails, small bars, ethnic cuisine , beautiful yards, elegant cafes, confectioneries and traditional taverns cover all preferences for entertainment.
Chalandri has managed to compete with the center of Athens , as a choice for entertainment, but also for residence, since it still looks like a neighborhood with its old detached houses and the many trees.
