Description
The property "IL GREGGIO" is a beautiful and comfortable country house located close to Avigliano Umbro, a small town typical of the south of Umbria, with all amenities (the nearest supermarket is 7 minutes walking distance, there are two banks, one post office, all types of shops, restaurants…). It is an ideal starting point to visit the beautiful ancient towns of Todi (about 20 km), Orvieto (about 50 km), Narni (about 25 km) Km) and Spoleto (about 38 km). Rome is 1 ½ hour away by car and trains for Rome leave every hour or so from Narni/Amelia station.
The property is situated in magnificent grounds of about three hectares (with olive grove, orchard, vegetable garden +++), it has a beautiful panorama over the surrounding countryside and a spacious covered terrace equipped with a wood oven for pizzas and a barbecue, ideal to spend pleasant evenings with family or friends. Enjoy a sunny holiday on the deckchairs by the beautiful pool heated by solar panels of approx. 100 m2 located in a all-fenced area, where you can refresh yourself after a sun bath.
The house and its annex can accommodate up to 15 persons and two children of less than 4 years (two children beds ans two baby chairs).
The main house of 400 m2 can accommodate up to 10 persons. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with satellite TV, DVD and CD player, a large dining room with an all-equipped kitchen, a pantry with a freezer and fridge, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as an office/guestroom with a large and comfortable convertible sofa (width1m60) with adjacent bathroom; there are 4 bedrooms upstairs (one with a double bed (width 1m,60) and three with twin beds, with en-suite bathrooms. The annex of 80 m2 can accommodate up to 5 persons and features one double bedroom (with twin beds) and one living room with a comfortable convertible sofa (width 1m60) and a convertible armchair, as well as a bathroom. At the rear of the annex, you will find a storage room and a shower/wc.
The property has 4 parking spaces in total (two of which are in the shade). Air conditioning in the annex and in all the bedrooms of the house. Mosquito screens on all windows. Free WiFi/internet access in the main house.
